| Shipping And Handling How is your art Edition produced, wrapped and delivered? 1. We receive your order, an Order Received confirmation is emailed to you. 2. Details of your Edition are sent to our photographic studio. 3. Printed on Fujicolour Professional Archive Lustre photo 249 gsm. 4. Lined with white, unbleached, acid free tissue paper and hand rolled. 5. Packaged inside a sturdy, 152mm wide, black tube. 6. Bubble wrap is added to stabilise your Edition before delivery by FedEx. 7. Your Edition's signed Certificate of Authenticity is inserted into an envelope inside the tube. Shipping Charges added on checkout. UK - £10 Europe - £25 to £35 ROW -£80 to £85 We aim to deliver your Edition within 5 to 7 working days within the UK. Any delay and we contact you by email or telephone. For Europe within 10 working days. Rest of World within 15 working days. We intend your Edition to arrive as the artist intended it. | Customer Satisfaction Guarantee We only dispatch your Edition once it has passed colour controls set by the artist. This is a high value purchase and will be delivered in the same condition it leaves our photographic studio. Great care has been taken in the reproduction of the images for the website. The accuracy of the colours depicted here are as close as viewing processes allow and will vary depending on your viewing conditions. Varying monitor settings may affect the actual colour of the Editions shown. Your Edition's printed image size tolerance is 5mm on each dimension. | Returns Policy We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any reason to discuss a return please call us on 01482 323 503 or email help@editionsfromgfsmith.com. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the Edition within 7 working days for a refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the Edition, so please invest in adequate postal insurance. This policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. None of these terms affect your legal rights and are not diminished in any way.
